My back and I are still on the mending path. I have had acupuncture 3 times now in the past week, I think today was definitely the most painful, but I have been told that's good! It means the needle penetrated the problem bit of muscle or better known as a knot! But apparently there is no such thing as a knot, the muscle is connected at both ends so it can't knot, but it feels like a knot so therefore it has been given the name 'knot'. It is always a learning experience asking questions while getting a treatment done. Like a few years ago I said to my Osteopath "my necks out", he said "your neck can't be out, you'd be in big trouble if it is"... so I'm learning something new each day.
I'm still not training or playing as yet, but my back is about 85% at the moment. You should have heard all the cracking my body did after my treatment today, my friend always finished off with stretches, she's really good! Unfortunately she won't take much money, but I try to give her some anyway.
I think I play for the next 5 games and that will be it. There will be 3 hard and 4 easy games to go. In the middle of that there are 2 weekends off (1 bye and the Queens Birthday break) I am going to finish off in the last week of the school holidays, My Mum is coming up for my birthday and I would like her to be able to watch me play. She hasn't been able to do that for 5 years, and I think I am a much better player now. However saying all that I am not going to rush buck and if it is at all uncomfortable I won't play and I'll pull the pin. I do think this will be it for netball, I can't imagine there would be a comp in China!
This week I had another big run in with the naughty child in my room. I was almost in tears when I walked in to my Principal and said you have to either suspend him or I'm going on stress leave cause I'm not coping. For me, if you do the wrong thing, there has to be a consequence... apparently not for everyone. Luckily later that day he graffiti'd all over the school buildings with washable black texta!!!!!! So he was suspended finally. Less that 30 days to go...
At the moment I am planning on going to watch the INBA figure comp in Melbourne in July. If you are planning on going it would be great to meet up :)
Cheers everyone

To play or not to play?
How has my week been??? Pretty exhausting.
Here is a picture of my only darling left, Leo.

I have a pretty dodgy back and so I have seemed to yo-yo from osteopath to chiropractor to masseuse for the past 10 years. I play netball and I know this is not the best sport to be playing for a bad back with all the pounding up and down asphalt court. This has all come to head in the past week.
We played a pretty rough team on the 5th of May and we were thoroughly beaten physically and mentally. My back was sore afterwards so I stretched and had a hot bath and used a heat pack. The next day I went down to the Murray River in Albury and stood in the cold water up to my rib cage for 15 mins with some of the football boys (this is supposed to help bring out bruising) and then went home for a hot shower again. I was still pretty sore and this continued into the next day, Monday.
I rang an osteopath and was able to luckily get in the same night. She asked a zillion questions to which I answered and then started to assess my back, well she got a shock. She was probably think 'this girl is being a sook, it can not be as bad as she says!!!!' I am very tight! I have knots from my hamstrings to my right neck. She played around with my neck and my shoulders as well as my mid back for around an hour and did spoons to bring blood to the surface of my skin. Spoons is a technique of using a Chinese porcelain soup spoon and scraping this across the skin. It brings up some beautiful purple and blue bruises and goes down in around 4 days. Most of the time it is not sore to touch. I then did not do netball training Monday night.
This kinda helped on Tuesday and Wednesday and I thought I'll try an easy practice game in WA on Wednesday night. After the first drive I strained something in my lower back! :{
I have a friend who is in her last year of Myotherapy and asked if she could look at it, but she couldn't until Sunday and I was supposed to play of Saturday. I ended up taking the game off as it was even sore when sitting in the car.
Has anyone ever had an injury but felt guilty for not playing because you're part of a team? No one said anything to me, but it felt as though I needed a medical certificate not to play.
So I am in two minds. I said I would play until I leave to go OS, but I am having second thoughts, should I give netball up and rest my back so it's right when I get OS or do I continue to get almost weekly treatments to fulfill my commitment? I know I want to spend extra time with my Mum before I leave and so I'll be finishing up early anyway, should I just finish up now and if I do, how do I explain it to my team?
I didn't train on Monday past because my Myotherapy friend did acupuncture on my lower back as she found a stiff joint, my butt is aching cause I think I've got knots in it and its almost like sciatica and I am only going to do a light run through on Wednesday if my back pulls up OK after my next acupuncture session on Wednesday, but it is still pretty sore today and it's been a few days. I went swimming last night because it is supposed to be good for your back and i have been doing exercises to stretch it out...
I don't know what to do!!! I could go on and on about it...
What else -
I got a gym membership, I am going to start doing Body balance, maybe some pilates and do some swimming as well to start with, do you know how expensive it is? $295 for 3 months!!!! WTF??? Luckily I can claim some on my private health ;)

R.I.P my beautiful girl

I was sadden and devastated to find my beautiful Burmese girl dead in the middle of the road on Wednesday night. I had Ali for almost two years, she was the most gorgeous cat you could ever have. She never jumped on the bench to eat defrosting food or annoyed you while you were eating. She wasn't noisy or malicious she was the perfect cat. Ali was the type of cat that everyone loved and you would always find her snuggled on my bed or following me around the garden or climbing on the roof. I miss you Ali and I'll never forget you...

Our other cat Leo is missing her terribly. Did you know the grieving process for a cat can take from 2 weeks-6 months? I think mine will last that long too.

And the heavens opened...
Wowwwie.... my cats are scared to go outside.... and the scary thing would be.... rain!!! what is that again?!! :)
How lovely is it to lay in bed and hear the pitter-patter of rain on the roof? I grew up living in a house with a colour bond tin roof and nothing tops that sounds, well maybe silence after a full on day with 20x5 year olds is nice as well!
How has the rest of the week gone? Well I had a very heated argument with the parent of the naughty boy from my previous post. I have eaten very yummy food the in past few days, I have made 99% fat free chochie muffins, I made minestrone soup, and we had beautiful Thai food last night, we had satay skewers for an entree, Kane had masman beef curry and I had prawn pad thai, though we do share :) Kanes Mum came to visit and she mad made us a yummy apple pie, so I made golden syrup dumplings as well as some egg custard. So gourmet food all round. Though the surprising thing is... I lost .5kg this week and it is almost TTOM which means I'm getting pimples :(((. Who knows what is going on (hormones I guess)???
I visited the dentist for the 4 time in the past 12 months on Friday. I have a crack in one of my molars under the tooth, so the crack is in the root, so every now and then it hurts. One day I could be munching on an apple - all good, the next day I might soft cooked chicken and I get shooting pain. It all very frustrating. To make it worse everytime it gets to me and I make an appointment to go and get it looked at, its a 'good' day ad not playing up!!!! Huh.. frustrating. I feel like a sook. So now I need to call on the day it hurts and they will fit me in even if it's busy because it is too bloody elusive! Option are to get rid of the filling and put some stuff in to sedate the nerve a bit???!!! and the other option is to take the filling out band it and try to reshape it to take less pressure when I'm eating. I just glad I don't have to have root canal and a crown, which is really expensive and it'd hurt a lot.
I played netball yesterday, we won. I got an elbow to the chin and my lip went numb like at the dentist for about 5 mins, t'was very unsettling. I was really pissed off though, one the new girls to our team just was not listening yesterday and kept doing stoopid passes and kept stuffing up. I was on fire and was reading the play well, so I was trying to dictate play a bit and set up in the goals, but she wasn't listening and kept missing great opportunities for a set up. huhhhhh!!! Was shity afterwards and then Kane lost in the footy. I got in the best which is good considering I was off for 1 and a half quarters. I think I am getting my period and mentioned above.
Alrighty off to cook some rice, I've made curried sausages in the crock pot and it will be nice served with veggies.
Nite-nite.

Anzac Day
Hi everyone.
Today was ANZAC day and I went down to the 11.00 service. There were so many people there for the Wodonga service today which was great, I even got a tear in my eyes watching the WW2 diggers walking past. It is great to see more and more attending Anzac services and I hope this trend continues. Thankyou to the Australian army past and present for all that you do for us, and I'm sure they do a lot more than what we are allowed to know :)
OK -
Yesterday was one of the worst days I have ever had with a particular child in my class, I have never been so friggin angry/frustrated with a child before and I was so close to loosing it yesterday. This particular child has been extremely difficult all year and I'll name him X. X did not get to go on our excursion to the park yesterday because he did not bring his permission note back to school, I asked him for his note every day. After the rest of the class and I got back to school from the park, we went out to playground to have a play, another child did a flip on the monkey bars and accidentally got X with his foot. So X punched and kicked the other child and he fell and hit his head. I went a got X and made him have timeout on the seat next to me. After 5 mins I asked all the children to come inside, X cracked it because he did not get to go on the playground (wonder why????) So he latched onto the wooden seats and tried to grab every pole as I dragged him back to the classroom. I asked him to sit on the floor in our room, when he refused a had to take him next door to a buddy time-out room. While in that room he burped in that teachers face and laughed! When she yelled at him over it he did it another 2 times. He tried to destroy her library area and tried to run out of the room 3 times. It took him 35 mins to calm down and apologise to the poor child who he'd assaulted outside in the playground.
After recess we came inside and packed our bags and had show and tell. X started deliberately burping and farting using his mouth and hand and flinging his arms around. I had to pick him up to remove him to the time out spot. He didn't like that, so he started to crawl under a free standing whiteboard on wheels to play with the doll house. I had to pull him back out and he knocked his head and started crying, then the department nurse walked in to talk to the kids and about the hearing test/vision test she'll be doing on Thursday, he started farting with his hand again. I had to hold his hands and then he bit me. I sent a card to the principal for immediate help at this stage. Anyway he ran out of the room not once but three times as people brought him back each time. I had to leave during this to go to the Gyno appointment that got cancelled last week. After school X's sister came up to school to complain because X did not get to go on the excursion and she couldn't understand that it is X's responsibility to give the teacher the note. Apparently it was in his bag all along, but I am not allowed to go through students bags. This sister could not understand that I didn't get the note out of his bag for him because "he is only little." That one statement alone tells me why this 5 year old child behaves the way he does. He is the only male child in a single mother Chinese family and he is spoilt/babied!
I was furious last night, I couldn't sleep and I don't know what I am going to do with him tomorrow.
Luckily I don't have to have another operation to get my endometriosis burnt off.
So today I have been thoroughly binge eating to make myself feel better, I know this doesn't work but I still did it. I am off to netball training soon and I think I'll feel shit running around with so much rich crap in my belly.
I was bored this arvo (hence eating crap) and I took some photos of myself. I'll try and post these as well.
Bye everyone, This is my vent for the day.

Go Chris!
I think I am in the minority, but go Chris on TBL. I feel sorry for him, they are all so cold towards him. Yes, he is young and probably didn't make a great first impression with his talk of winning, but come on it's a game (and not the only one to talk about winning). I think everyone has seen him as a huge threat. He has grown in the house, and I can definitely see that he has matured during the past few weeks. No matter how much I like Chris I think his chances of winning are slim, he doesn't have too much weight to lose, and with strength training... I hope you know what I'm talking about , but the ratios don't add up! Unless he cardios and becomes a skeleton.
Anyway that's me going on about Chris.
I'm still not feeling too well, it is definitely a head cold, last night I needed 2 nurofen and 2 panadeine forte to play 30 mins of netball (I got told to try to sweat it out... didn't work!). I'm really stuffy in the head and nose/throat, not in the chest luckily.
I had my specialist appointment today, so I took half the day off from work. I went shopping before my 2.00 appointment as the house cleaner was coming to clean the house. The surgery rang to inform me that the doc had to go to the hospital to perform 2 emergency cesareans. Therefore I had half a day off from work for nothing. My appointment is now scheduled for next Tuesday.
With my spare time today (tongue in cheek ;) ) I went shopping of some 70's clothes. There is 70's theme night at the footy club with weekend. I brought a paddy's day colour green dress that looks as though it comes straight from the 70's, a pair of grape colour wet look platform boots and a grape/green belt. It should come together really well. The only problem is my boobs! I have 14C/12D breasts and the dress is a size 10!!!!! They kinda pop out! I may have to wear a singlet top underneath.
BF is at footy training tonight so I have some spare time, LOST is going so slow now (I'm changing subjects again) Desmond... work out what is going on becasue the show is dragging on!!!!
I had a yummy tea tonight, its a tomato tuna casserole, I'll share.
Kelly's Tomato Tuna Casserole
1 medium tin of tuna in spring water drained
1 can tomato soup
2 celery sticks diced
1 small onion diced
1 1/2 cups dry pasta
2 tbls Worcestershire sauce
pepper
Drain the tuna. Dice the onion/celery and add a little water. Microwave onion and celery in the microwave until the onion is transparent. Cook the pasta until soft.
Add tomato soup, tuna, onion, celery, Worcestershire sauce and pepper and mix gently in the saucepan. Put mixture in a baking dish, sprinkle with cheese and put into the oven for 25 mins on 180 degrees.
I can't tell you the nutritional details as its a home made recipe! It is yummy and I serve it with frozen (cooked) veggies or a side salad. Enjoy.
Have a great weekend everyone,
Kelly

Started Netball - Yay!!!
Netball started on Saturday and we beat one of the stronger teams from last years comp 29-40. We have started to wear those Lycra dresses and they look awesome. (Lucky I'm one of the thinner players though!) I was very tired afterwards, a combination of lack of fitness and the heat/sun. I think this exertion ;) helped to bring on the following...
Over this sickness business big time. I have spent the whole day in bed today with a head cold that hit me on Sunday. I think I mentioned BF had a cold and I expected to catch it well....... I did! I battled through work yesterday so that I got my holiday pay, but today there was no chance. Feel as though my whole head is swollen, the puffy eyes are the worst and to make it worse, I can't get into the doctors for a medical certificate because they are booked out until Thursday, so whether I feel better or not it's back to work tomorrow. I just sent BF to the Chemist to buy some nose spray and I got some cold &flu tablets this morning, but I've also got some panadene forte if I need it, just gotta battle through it.

I took this photo during a practice match when I had gastro two weeks ago, so I'm not in it. But... I thought it was a lovely sunset shot. My team is wearing the white bibs.
Welcome to some newer bloggers and welcome back to K!
See ya

Busy Long Weekend
Sick of being sick!
I've been feeling under the weather the past two-ish weeks. I had a fair break from netty with gastro etc, but last Thursday was the clincher! I'd had a headache in my right eye for several days and so on Thursday last I made an appointment to go see the doc. I have had women's trouble for years now, which seemed to have be corrected with surgery two years ago, no no, says the body of late! Terrible pain, irregular and spotting as well as affecting the bedroom fun! (Sorry) So I'm going to the gyno next Thursday so I can get this sorted before OS in August.
But I also mentioned my eye and that the back of my neck was a little stiff as well. She said to rest a little and it should get better, probably a little stress. This headache spread as the day went on, so I thought, lets get some fresh air, so off for a power walk with the boy. I got home and decided to have a bath to relax, buy the time I got out of the bath it was thumping. Off to bed I went with some panadol. I woke at 2.30 and had some asplagin (codine and aspirin) and then woke again at 4.30, this time I had some tramol, (this make my drowsy and dizzy). Almost got Kane to take me to the hospital at this stage. I got out of bed at 10am and felt shit. I asked Kane to take me to the hospital and threw up in the car on the way, (lucky I had a bucket!) They took me straight in although there were others in the waiting area. Whacked a drip in gave me some morphine and were going to do a spinal tap for viral meningitis, like what Kane had. Anyway the big ED doc decided against this as it could make my headache worse. So by 5pm I was feeling a little better, but exhausted. It was either meningitis or a migraine, I still don't know. I was pretty pale for a few days after.
My Mum was coming up to stay from Traralgon. But because I could be contagious she wouldn't come near me, (she is caring for my sick Grandparents). So this Easter was not what it was supposed to be.
I woke up this morning and went for a run, but I am exhausted from it. Probably not quite ready for that, so an early night is on the cards tonight. I went and had micro-dermabraision done at the beautician to try and help with some break outs, but I think they are more a hormonal problem rather than anything else. I feels like you are being sand blasted if anyone is wondering. It's a busy week although I have still got a weeks holiday to go. Goes something like this:
Today - Micro-dermabraision, house evaluation (to see haw much all our reno's have increased it's price) and optomitrist appointment to get my eye's checked as there is still pain in my right eye from either the migraine or meningitis.
Tomorrow -de-fuzzing, and the man in coming to discuss the transportation of our belongings to China and a light netball training
Thursday - new hair-do and netball training/introduction at Eskdale.
Friday is free at this stage
Saturday - First game of the season.
I am hoping this sickness has passed now, but I wouldn't hold my breath... Kane is coming down with something, (he's quite a sook when he is sick!), so I'm laying into some echinacea and garlic a couple of times a day:) .
See you later everyone, there are some wonderful transformation photos coming up on various blogs at the moment... well done girls.

Trying week
These past few days have been very trying. On Tuesday night I started to get cramps after dinner, these kept up for most of Wednesday as well, around 5pm it went from slight and I mean slight cramps that I'd feel every ten minutes to OMG cramps. They started and within 2 minutes of immense pain the bottom end wasn't feeling too well. The cramps are still hanging around at the moment and so is the diarrhoea.
But that isn't the worst of it. BF Kane started to get a headache at school around 1pm. This progressively got worse and at 4pm he went home even though we had meetings. I got home around 5, (with said explosion!!) and he was in a bad way. A friend had driven me home as BF had taken the car to leave early. My friend gave him some strong headache tablets that she gets sent over from the US and he went and lay down. After about 2 hours I rang his sister- in-law who is an ED nurse from Albury and asked what we should do, she suggested more panadol and then if he still doesn't improve take him to the ED in Wodonga. He did improve slightly, but started to go down hill around 10.30 again. At 11pm we went to Wodonga ED, after initial discussion they thought he had a migraine, they were going to keep him in for a drip and some meds. Kane told me to go home to sleep and he'd call to pick him up, estimated time 2 hours.
I woke at 5am and I still hadn't had a phone call. After headache medication didn't work they did a spinal tap... he had viral meningitis!
So he has been in Hospital since Wed night and just came home this arvo. happily playing the PS2 :)
So the past week has been hard. Luckily it is school holidays though, I am exhausted and run down, with these cramps and diarrhoea, a cold sore (I haven't had cold sores for 5 years), and a pimple break out... I need the rest.
OK whinge done. I'm out for tea tonight with netball club, not that I feel like it much, but they are getting a bit ansy about not enough commitment from some people (hope it wasn't me). Practice match tomorrow, one on Monday and Wednesday next week.
Catch ya later,
Kelly

I might have confused you :)
Sorry guys I should have explained more (doh).
The school is called Singapore International School, but it is actually in Suzhou with is 50 minutes train ride from Shanghai in China. So I'll be in China. The name is very confusing, but it has something to do with the Singapore Industrial Park that is in Suzhou, it was a joint venture between China and Singapore, so the school was built to teach Singaporean children 'Western/English education'. So I'll be living in China, but teaching what I teach now, with a Chinese teacher to help in the room, with hardly any behaviour problems, but with heaps of kids who still don't know how to speak English yet or have a different 1st language (ESL English as a 2nd Language).
It will be fun, but hard work!

Almost Holidays
I've been looking through some blogs at the moment and Wednesday seemed to be a very popular day!!! I'm sitting here watching Rocky 2 and eating mixed M&M's (so very healthy of me!) I've had tuna casserole for lunch and a white chocolate mocha from Gloria Jeans... love it! My only good meal today has been protein pancakes with maple syrup.
I did a body combat class at the gym the other week, it was different, I felt so un-co!! :)
Had intended on going again this week, but it was my Aunts B'day. She has some depression issues and so I thought it best to go out with her. I will be attending the class next week for sure.
Netball is starting soon, I think I'll have to get serious about getting fit as it's only three weeks away.
Over Seas Update -
We have accepted a job at Suzhou Singapore International School. I will be teaching Kindergarten (Victorian Prep). It is such a big step and so much needs to be organised. I think I need to allow myself to enjoy the whole process as I feel myself on the brink of panic/stress about it all.
My cleaner is coming Thursday this week, so that'll be nice. School holidays are beginning in 5 days, I am definitely looking forward to the 14 days off. 5-6 year olds are very tiring!
Cheers

I'm going to be in an ironwoman race!!
Hold the fort.............................. I'm going to be in an ironwomen race................. maybe!
We are heading up to Mitta for the Mitta Muster this arvo for some drinking tonight. Tomorrow is the muster and I am a standby partner. It's not your ordinary Iron Woman Race. It has log, wheelbarrow, sprint and sculling elements.... (WTF???? I haven't sculled a beer in 5 years) Anywhooooo, I'll give it a go.
Our Pergola is being varnished today, to give that wet look I was speaking about. I am going to get some black mulch to put in the walkways, dippy areas around the yard. This is to help with mowing etc.
De-hairing at 11.45 today. Why is it that males repeatedly ask for Brazilians???? I hate the bloody things, they get so itchy and the ingrown hairs????? My body does not like Brazilians, he'll have to put up with a normal bikini wax. 1/2 leg and underarms will be done also, I have look very hairy lately.
We got a job offer from OS this week. Quite a shock, it'd been so quiet of late that we didn't think we'd get anything. Therefore we were becoming quite content to hang around for the rest of the year. NOT NOW!!! Big decisions are to be made this weekend.... Will keep you posted once we make our big decision. TO BE OR NOT TO BE.............
Till then

Pergola nearly finished
Today we had the pergola concrete poured. I got a charcoal colour put into the concrete and they have also left some colour powder on top, I suppose this does something. It also has a 'rock' look stamp as well. It is not quite ready yet, it still needs to be acid cleaned and have a clear varnish put on as a top layer. Apparently to test what it will look like with the varnish layer on as well, just wet it. Well I wasn't going to wet my new concrete but there was a little left over to the side, with a little water... presto!!!! Exactly what I wanted, so what you see in the photos is not quite what it ill look like after the varnish. Anyway have a squizzzz....

Extra Extra!
I tried to post these with the previous post but blogger didn't approve!
This is the pre-concrete pergola. Very messy. You can see the grass growing in the fore-ground this is all from grey water from the washing machine only.
This is facing towards the house from in front of our shed. Very messy. I have been living in this dirt for months!!!! Very over it!
This is my favourite garden area, the dirt you can see will soon be back much as the weeds love growing here. Look at how big my 'Elephants ears' are in the background
This is why my washing always gets dirty, it has been dirt for at least two years. Only 3 days left!

Things have improved in the past week mentally, I feel I am in a much better spot. I'm really liking my work at the moment, (as much as can be expected!)
I feel very dowdy though! Flabby! Yuck! But I'm sick of the BF telling me to at least try! I know this, but let me do it stop pushing or I'll become more stubborn and I won't do it. I'm still doing netball training on Monday nights and yoga on Wednesday, so it's not like I'm doing nothing. Food has been good, but still not good enough.
We are getting our pergola concreted on Monday this week. Preparation is happening tomorrow and it will be poured on Monday. I'm getting the carpet cleaned on Tuesday and getting rid of lots of stain from my off-white carpet. And hopefully I can get a cleaner to start next Friday! Yes I am getting a cleaner. During my challenge I always found a way to clean instead of exercise, because I am a procrastinator! Maybe this will help me to focus more and argue less with Kane (most of our arguments are about cleaning!) See you all around!
I am checking blogs daily, I just haven't been posting, Cheers

Day 2 of being good
Wow, this is a change. I have been good for two whole days.
I woke up this morning at 5.30 for a 5-6km walk with my friend, we left while it was dark and the sun came up 25mins in. Got my heart rate up to 173bpm with the hills, with an average of 156bpm. I burnt 344 calories, whoo hoo! Came home and had brekkie and show and got ready for work. I'm feeling the early start now though...
Meals today -
M1 - Cottage cheese, oats and strawberry conserve porridge
M2 - Left over dinner - Beef stir-fry, rice and veg
M3 - Nuts
M4 - Found it hard to choose something I wanted here. I had three rice cake with avocado and a nut bar.
M5 - Low fat creamy tomato gluten free pasta with mushrooms and bacon.
Drinks - Organic low fat milk hot chocolate with M4
Looking at that I think I had too many fats today, even if they are good fats. I wonder if too many 'good' fats will still help to lower my cholesterol.
I've been getting this strange pain in my chest/abdominal area for the past four days. It is particularly worse when I am hungry. I thought it might have been indigestion, but it has not become better after three quick-eze chews. Might have to ask the natrapath about that one cause there is not way I'm going to pay $50 for the doc at this stage.
Kane goes on school camp tomorrow to an urbane camp in Melbourne so I am BF free for three days, twill be nice me thinks! :)
Cheers

Update
Hi everyone
Just letting you know I had a pretty good day today. Eats were pretty good, only one 'oops'!
M1 - Corn flakes and skim milk
M2 - Salad plate and two chicken strips, my 'oops' was 5 jubes from the class lolly jar, only because I had a few spare minutes before the bell went at the end of lunch! No excuse... I know!
M3 - Ducks nuts, an orange and two mini peaches (off my own tree)
M4 - 200g diet yoghurt (apple and rhubarb flavour, it's new and very nice) and some mini rice cakes (from health food isle at safeway)
M5 - Honey soy stir fry with veg and jasmine rice (this is lunch tomorrow as well)
I know it is far from perfect but pretty good for me at the moment. I still spent 2 hours on internet this arvo and 10 quick mins tonight (to write this). So I need to cut back on this.
I went to netball training, we did intervals, ball work and plyo lunges... oooh, I'm very weak in the quads inner thighs know, as well as a half court at the end. I've lost a lot of fitness.
I'm off to bed. I'm up at 5.45 tomorrow for a walk with my friend, we'll prob do 5km with a 1km run about mid-way... I'm building up!
Thanks for your comments ladies, it was a 'moment' to get real and stop pretending.

Home truths...
I've decided to get real and divulge some home truths about myself. A lot will already be known, some will be new.
- I have high cholesterol (7.1)
- I am a skinny fat girl! (read this on the WH&F forum) 60.7kg/29.8%BF
- I rarely follow through on anything.
- I exercise once a week, Dru yoga and it is only stretching
- I have high stress levels/I possibly even have depression (not diagnosed)
- I have pain with my menstrual cycle/endometriosis/and pain during ovulation
- My thyroid is low and liver levels high
- I am internet obsessed. I've been on the damn thing for near 3 hours already today
- Although tired... I find it hard to sleep due to stress issues
- I really don't like my job much. My patience is dwindling
- My relationship with my BF has been in trouble for over a month, we trying to work through it. I do love him dearly.
- I still eat protein/carbs for brekkie but eat pretty crap for the rest of the day
- I don't feel good about myself
- I miss my family in Traralgon, but I love my family here in Wodonga
I need to make some pretty big decisions about my life, because I'm not happy. I know a combination of exercise/diet/naturapath can help to deal with 10/14 of my life's major issues. The other 3... will need soul searching and life changes.
Will keep you posted.
