D.O.M.S

Oh the pain... I just finished 1.5 hours netball training :0

I tried to really loosen up the sore bits but seriously some bits can't be stretched!

I'm a glutton cause I'm off to swim and body balance tomorrow afternoon!
At school we have been focusing on bouncing back like 'Tigger'. Therefore do not despair... I will bounce back like Tigger!
